01 / Why Bramble

Eight years on a big-box timer. Then Bramble.

So in 2025 Tess opened Bramble on Haywood Road so every dog gets a calm, unhurried visit. There are two groomers, so only two dogs are in the shop at a time.

Large means over 40 lb. Your card goes on file when you book, and you pay in full after the visit.

03 / Bramble Club

A calm bath, every month.

One membership per dog, priced by size. Each month’s bath & brush is already covered.

  • Free nail trims any time you like
  • 10% off teeth brushing and de-shedding
  • Upgrade to a full groom by paying the difference
  • Cancel anytime. Unused baths don’t roll over.

Groomed for 8 years at a big-box pet store, then opened Bramble in 2025 so every dog gets a calm, unhurried visit.

Kai

Groomer

Five years grooming, and great with doodles and big dogs.

Most people take whoever’s free. If you’d like Tess or Kai, just ask by name when you book.

05 / How a visit goes

From booking to pickup text.

  1. 01

    Book your visit

    Tell us your dog, the service and its size, and any extras. Your card goes on file; nothing is charged yet.

  2. 02

    Rabies on file

    Rabies is the one vaccine we need, on file before your dog’s first visit.

  3. 03

    Drop off

    Bring your dog to 41 Haywood Rd and tell us anything we should know.

  4. 04

    We text you

    We take our time, then text you when your dog is ready. You pay in full then.

Need to change plans? Give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Later than that, or a no-show, is a $25 fee. A Club member pays the fee and keeps that month’s bath to rebook.
