Terms
The terms of a visit to Bramble Dog Grooming, and of using this website.
Canceling
24 hours notice or a $25 fee. A card is kept on file at booking, and you pay in full after the appointment. The fee applies to no-shows and late cancels, Bramble Club members included. Bramble Club: cancel anytime.
Rabies record
Only rabies is required and it has to be on file before the first visit.
Drop-off and pick-up
Owners drop the dog off and get a text when it's ready.
Bramble Club baths
One membership per dog. A member can put their bath toward a full groom by paying the difference. Use it or lose it, no rollover. A member who cancels late or doesn't show pays the $25 fee but keeps that month's bath and can rebook it that month.
Dog sizes
Large means over 40 lb.
Reviews
A review you send is your own honest account of your visit. We read every one before it goes up, and may choose not to show one. Please don't send anything you don't have the right to share, including photos.
