Use it that month
Each month’s bath is for that month. An unused bath doesn’t roll over.
24 hours’ notice
Give us at least 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel. Later than that, or a no-show, is a $25 fee, members included.
Your bath stays yours
A late cancel or no-show pays the fee, but the bath isn’t lost. Rebook it that same month.

You can cancel your dog’s membership anytime.

Three short steps. You’ll sign in with your email, so the membership sits with your dog in My Dogs, and its first bath can be booked today.
Is it per dog or per household?
Per dog. Each membership is for one dog at its size, so a home with a small dog and a large one holds one of each.
Can I pick Tess or Kai?
Yes. When you book the monthly bath, ask for either groomer by name, or take whoever’s free.
What if we miss a month?
The bath is use it or lose it: it doesn’t carry into the next month.
What if I cancel late or don’t show?
Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, is the same $25 fee everyone pays. You keep that month’s bath and can rebook it the same month.
How does the full groom upgrade work?
Book a Full Groom as your monthly visit. The bath covers part of it, and you pay the difference after the visit.
Does my dog need anything first?
Only a current rabies record, on file before the first visit. We don’t groom puppies under 4 months.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your dog’s membership anytime.
